MINIMAL is a teaching CGE model from the Centre of Policy Studies (CoPS). With CoPS’s authorisation, ISM prepared a Chinese edition and a set of introductory lectures covering the database, theory, solution methods, and interpretation of results. Though simplified, MINIMAL retains the core structure of a CGE model.
