Dr. Eltony, Has MA, Ph.D. in Economics, has more than 25 years of research experience in Gulf Cooperation Council countries, currently region energy & transportation expert for the United Nation Economic and Social Commission of West Asia (ESCWA), worked as Professor for Economics at Qatar University, worked as the Director, Industrial Policy & Economic Analysis Department, Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting, worked as Senior Research Director at Canadian Energy Research Institute, University of Calgary, Worked as Economic Advisor to the Chairman of Industrial Bank of Kuwait, Worked as Economic Expert at Arab Planning Institute, Worked as Research Scientist at Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research. Have more than 40 published research papers in international refereed journals.
