冯晟昊
个人简介
冯晟昊在2008年获取伦敦经济学院的经济学士学位后，便前往澳大利亚国立大学Crawford School of Public Policy攻读国际发展经济学的硕士学位与经济学的博士学位。期间他担任学院研究助理并在此之后一直致力于能源、环境和气候变化相关的政策分析。在博士期间，前赴当时Monash大学的CoPS中心学习CGE模型，并完成其博士论文“China’s climate change mitigation challenges and tools”，研究关于重整、煤炭利用效率与碳价相关问题。2015年工作于China Policy，负责能源环境政策分析以及中国改革进程的研究。
冯晟昊还是一位积极的社会工作者。2013协助并筹资举办了关于能源环境与气候变化的中澳青年交流会。此外，他还数次作为代表参加了中澳、亚太平洋的交流会。冯晟昊还是Golden Key Society的成员。
